We are looking for a Site Manager to join the Frontier team, based at Wimblington on a permanent, full-time basis. You will be responsible for l eading day-to-day operations and managing the grain storage of the site. You will also ensure Health, Safety, Environment and QA standards are met in line with legal requirements, Company COPs, regulations, and site-specific plans. You will be accountable for ensuring the team operates with integrity whilst delivering a high standard of customer service, within financial framework across all site activities, and help create and maintain a Great Place to Work culture. The site has the capacity to hold over 90k of cereals and pulses within a mixture of silos and flat store storage. The site has a range of grain handling equipment including cleaners, aspirators, dryers and conveyors and elevators. Overseeing the grain storage operations and maintaining the high-quality standards of storage Liaising with our commercial departments to ensure crop intake and outload is done efficiently and with the customer at the forefront Motivating and creating a positive team environment while providing team with clear direction, while using delegation appropriately to ensure team development Driving efficiencies and challenging processes to ensure that the site operates to best practice while maintaining high levels of customer service Full accountability for site P&Ls including setting accurate budgets and CapEx requirements Ensuring all plant and equipment are maintained to a high standard About Us Frontier is a successful and growing business.
