You'll be responsible for overseeing and managing the small programming team and volunteers. You'll also work with your programming and partnerships team to create and deliver high-quality programming events. A key part of this role involves developing community partnerships and organising activities aimed at achieving our goals for independent adults, Families, children and young people, especially reaching those with limited access.
