Job Description:
As a Lead Senior Support Worker, you will play a vital role in our supported living service in Leeds, working closely with clients to develop personalized care plans and ensure their safety and well-being.
With a strong focus on person-centered care, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services that meet the unique needs of each client.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum NVQ level 3 qualification in health and social care, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with vulnerable adults and a strong understanding of the challenges faced by people with disabilities are highly desirable.
