We are seeking a talented Business Support Officer to provide administrative assistance to our dedicated operational staff, such as Social Workers and Occupational Therapists in Adult Social Care. Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to various departments within the Directorate. Assist with data entry, document preparation, and maintaining accurate records. Handle incoming enquiries and requests from customers and internal stakeholders. Entering data accurately and promptly into relevant electronic document management systems. Coordinating meetings and assisting in taking minutes for professional meetings as necessary, in accordance with existing procedures and service standards. To undertake any appropriate training to develop skills in meeting the changing needs of service users and the council. You will need to demonstrate: strong IT and literacy skills ability to react to different priorities in your workload good communication skills and ability to listen effectively ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative with high levels of accuracy with minimal supervision You’ll be part of a team that relies on each individual to play their part to the best of their ability.
