Our client seeks a well-organised individual with excellent communication and administration skills to take ownership of their customer order management activity. You will be responsible for entering, expediting, tracking, editing, and processing orders.
Main Duties
* Responsible for entering, expediting, tracking, editing, and processing orders.
* Maintain customer files and track order status.
* Enter customer manual orders to verify prices, quantity, configurations, delivery, shipping, etc. details are correct.
* Maintain excellent working relationships with customers and internal staff to assist them in ensuring their orders entered match their requirements and expectations, keeping them updated on the progress of their orders.
* Manage the order book, ensuring it accurately reflects the orders outstanding; provide management with shipping estimates based on all available data.
* Work with Supply Chain & Production to ensure the timely shipment of customer’s orders.
* Maintain accurate records to enable timely reviews/audits of customer orders.
* Ensure that all orders are raised within the Revenue Recognition process.
