Job summary We are seeking to appoint a Unit Manager who is motivated, dynamic with an interest or background in Gastroenterology Gate 20 at Pinderfields Hospital is a busy Gastroenterology and Hepatology ward working within a large MDT. You will be required to work flexibly in a changing environment, to be confident and approachable. We are looking for someone to manage a team in focusing on the delivery of high standard patient cantered care whilst supporting the ongoing development and wellbeing of the team. Main duties of the job The successful candidate will have extensive experience at Band 6 or Band 7 level.
