The successful candidate must have a proven track record, dynamic, organised, good people skills, articulate & ambitious. Responsibilities will include: Monitoring daily rents that are due and chasingHandling maintenance enquiriesDealing with safety certification(gas/electric)Organising tenancy renewalsArranging end of tenancy check outsControlling Property licence applicationsServing section 21 and section 8 noticesCourt applications for possessionAttending court for hearingsMeeting locksmiths/clients on bailiff appointmentsCross-selling Sales, Lettings, and Property Management services.Ensuring service levels and positive reviews are maintained and CRM data reporting systems upheld.
