We're actively recruiting for a Sales Office Manager to join our clients busy team in Halesowen. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, the main purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of the Sales Office. Duties will include: Liaise with Business Development Managers & Accounts team to address any customer account issues Work closley with sales office personnel ensuring targets are met and accurate pricing is maintained Organising sales information as requested Assist in preparing customer quotations Ensure high customer service standards are maintained Assess and prioritise workloads within the sales office to ensure successful deliveries whilst maximising resources Ensure staff training is up to date and cover is provided for illness/holidays Key Skills & Experience: A flexible, proactive, and motivated can-do approach Proven team management and leadership skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, across all levels of seniority Working hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Interviews are to be held as soon as possible so please apply now.
