Senior Investigations Manager (Financial & non-financial misconduct)- Salary circa £75,000 If you are passionate about protecting ethical standards and driving positive change, and you have experience in leading investigations, we would love to hear from you Join our dynamic team and make a meaningful impact at Aviva A bit about the job: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Group Investigations team. In this role, you will lead and manage investigations into alleged non-financial and financial misconduct, ensuring high-quality and efficient outcomes. You will work closely with senior business stakeholders, as well as the wider Professional Standards & Business Ethics team, Employment Legal, People Function, CISO and Group Security, to provide insights on Business Ethics Code risk types, and contribute to the development of a strong ethical culture within Aviva. Our Group Investigations team plays a crucial role in achieving this by investigating and reporting on serious breaches of our Business Ethics Code. We cover a wide range of investigations, including financial misconduct and non-financial misconduct (NFM) such as harassment and bullying. Skills and experience we're looking for: Extensive experience in leading investigations of whistleblower concerns, non-financial and financial misconduct, financial crime, forensic accounting or audit in financial services. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills with the ability to manage sensitive and challenging situations with professionalism and empathy. Experience in managing projects and working with multi-location, multi-cultural teams. Strong skills in evidence gathering, interviewing, and report writing. Knowledge of investigation principles, NFM, financial crime, and relevant legislation and related qualification is preferred.
