As a Contact Centre Agent, you'll play a vital role in our business by: Engaging with customers via inbound and outbound calls to discuss products and services. Scheduling appointments for vehicle servicing, MOTs, warranty work, and health checks using cutting-edge DMS/CRM systems. Building strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Providing first-class customer service that represents our brand professionally. Generating leads and creating opportunities through effective communication. Handling enquiries promptly, accurately, and with care. What We're Looking For Were after someone who is: Customer-focused and passionate about helping people. Confident with outbound calling and able to build rapport effortlessly. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a positive, "can-do" attitude. Highly organised, resilient, and resourceful. Tech-savvy, with the ability to use computer systems effectively (experience with Kerridge, Drive, Pinnacle, or other DMS/CRM systems is a bonus). Previous motor trade experience?
