Role: Lecturer in Early Years

Rate of pay: £30 - £35 per hour
Eden Brown are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Lecturer on behalf of a leading Further Education College, on a part-time basis for 2.5 days per week.
This is a part-time ongoing position with an opportunity to progress.
As a Lecturer in Early Years, you will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences to students pursuing qualifications in Early Years. The role involves planning, delivering, and assessing lessons while supporting students in their academic journey.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging lessons in Early Years Education.
2. Develop and adapt teaching materials to suit student needs and curriculum requirements.
3. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them succeed.
4. Support students with their coursework and prepare them for assessments.
5. Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
1. A relevant qualification in Early Years Education (e.g., Level 3, Degree, or equivalent).
2. Previous teaching experience or a passion for delivering early years education.
3. Strong communication and organisational skills.
4. Ability to motivate and inspire students.
