AG Wilson are a progressive and expanding civil engineering contractor looking to appoint an experienced SHEQ Advisor/Coordinator to join our team. This is a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) standards across all projects.
The Ideal Candidate
To excel in this role, you must have:
* At least 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably within the civil engineering sector.
* A NEBOSH qualification (essential) and professional membership with IOSH (desirable).
* Strong familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS) for ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 compliance.
* Proven ability to conduct site audits, lead investigations, and implement corrective actions.
* Exceptional communication skills and a proactive approach to driving SHEQ excellence.
* Strong IT skills with the ability to navigate and support digital site systems effectively.
* A valid UK driving license, as the role involves site visits.
