Senior Transport Planner Job in Bristol
Senior Transport Planner job available with an employee-owned multidisciplinary consultancy, based from their office in Bristol. The role is open to candidates who are either Senior or Principal-level Transport Planners looking for a new opportunity with a growing consultancy.
Founded 30 years ago, this multi-disciplinary consultancy operates nationwide with regional offices located in the North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, South West, East Anglia, and London. With a current team of 70, their services cover town planning, architecture, master planning, landscape architecture, and heritage. The ideal location for this role is Bristol; however, it can also be based from their Nottingham or Sheffield locations.
Role & Responsibilities
* Assist with Transport Assessments and Statements
* Site Access and Appraisals
* Travel plans and junction design
* Report writing and analysis
* Use of various software programs for analysis and reporting.
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree qualified in Transport Planning, Town Planning, or similar
* Previous consultancy or local authority experience
* Experience using ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, Tempro, AutoCAD and Excel.
