Premier Work Support is recruiting a temporary Laboratory Technician for a prestigious client in Flint.
This role suits someone passionate about quality, safety, and teamwork with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
* Perform daily microbiological testing on products and materials.
* Follow procedures carefully and work efficiently to meet targets.
* Maintain lab supplies as needed.
* Provide quality control reports when necessary.
* Conduct product quality tests as required.
* Maintain lab procedures and instructions.
* Train manufacturing team members in quality testing and hygiene.
Qualifications & Skills:
* GCSEs in mathematics and two science subjects are required.
* Lab experience is an advantage.
* Analytical and logical thinking skills are essential.
* Strong numeracy and data handling abilities.
* Initiative and flexibility are required.
* Clear written and verbal communication.
* Computer skills are necessary.
* Knowledge of safe lab practices is essential.
Hours of Work:
Training hours: Monday to Friday 08:00AM-16:00PM.
After training: Saturday to Wednesday 08:00AM-16:00PM.
The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum based on the location and industry standards.
