Job Description: Ecoally is a global manufacturer of lighting and solar products, striving to inspire positive change in the industry and transform the perception and consumption of light. With operations in five countries, the company serves clients through specialized divisions in Lighting, Lighting Controls, Solar, and Media Facade & Interior Displays. The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships, create strategic partnerships, and contribute to the company's growth and expansion.
Responsibilities include:
* Business Development, Sales, and Account Management skills
* Experience in the lighting or sustainability industry
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Knowledge of sustainable practices and energy conservation
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
* Previous experience with international business development is a plus
