The Role
The desired Personal Care Assistant will help support pupils within a SEND environment. Working as part of an established team, the Personal Care Assistant will support children 1-1 or in small groups. This role will be Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM.

This SEND School in Mansfield provides an ambitious and supportive curriculum for young people from EYFS to Post 16. The school supports children and young people with a multitude of needs such as PMLD, PEG Feeding, ASC, SLD, and visual/hearing impairments, and provides specialist care throughout the day. The school offers a broad curriculum through first-class facilities and resources aimed at ensuring all students have the opportunity to achieve their full potential and progress against the outcomes in their Educational Health Care Plans (EHCPs).
Requirements
1. Experience working with SEND children
2. A caring and positive nature
3. Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
4. Understanding the importance of keeping young people and children safe
5. Willingness to pay for a DBS check and register with the Update Service
6. Driving License

Salary
GBP12.86-GBP13 per hour. Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications.
