3. Supporting the team by managing schedules, creating reports, and organising necessary paperwork
4. Coordinating internal and external meetings, including organising venues and catering when necessary
5. Handling correspondence with clients and stakeholders
6. Maintaining and updating company databases
7. Assisting with budget preparation and expense reports
8. Ensuring the office is well maintained and running smoothly
9. Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
10. Complying with all company policies and regulations
The Successful Applicant
A successful Administrator should have:
