Great opportunity to join this well known commercial company based in Hertford as a
HR Co-ordinator on a permanent basis. Reporting into the HR Manager you will be involved in the following:-
* Provide a quality transactional service across the areas of the employee life cycle
* Contribute to a flexible and resilient service by developing proficiency in multiple disciplines
* Provide 1st line HR Advice, respond, manage and resolve customer enquiries
* Contribute to reports and statistics
* Prepare, collate and record information across HR
* Ad-hoc projects
You will require the following experience:-
* Experience of working within HR at a similar level.
* Experience of providing excellent customer service to include dealing directly with customers over the phone and also face to face
* Experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications
* Experience in using databases
* Experience in dealing with confidential matter
* Strong organisational skills
* Good team worker
Salary up to £26k plus benefits, hybrid working.
