This role will play a vital part ensuring that our clients and Care Professionals receive the best in class quality care and support. We are currently looking to recruit a Care Team Co-Ordinator who will play a pivotal role in supporting our Care Professionals and Clients. This is a full-time position that is based in our Ipswich office. This role involves working in a team of three with a variety of duties which include:
1. Scheduling
2. Onboarding new clients
3. Completing quality assurance visits in the community
This role would suit an individual that would like to progress from their current role as an experienced carer or senior carer. Being a driver with their own car is essential. We are looking for individuals that have a passion for helping others and supporting their colleagues.
