As a Business Development Manager you will use a multi-channel sales approach to generate new customers across a range of industries, and grow their existing customer accounts by identifying upselling opportunities. You will focus on developing deep relationships with customers, and be seen as a trusted partner.

To be successful in this role you will:
* Bring a relationship based approach to sales and be able to build rapport quickly
* You’ll thrive on speaking to customers, helping them to find solutions to their problems
* Be able to formulate and execute on sales plans
* Be results orientated
It’s a bonus if you have:
* Some prior experience within Sales teams
* Experience of working with Hubspot
* Knowledge of Marketing and be able to develop strategies for sales through Marketing
* Prior knowledge or experience of working within cleaning chemicals and consumables, Kitchen extraction cleaning, mould or restoration sectors
