Job Description: We are looking for a resilient and well-groomed Business Development Executive to contribute to the growth of our company in the UK and UAE. Responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging existing clients to purchase added services. The ideal candidate should have prior UAE/Middle East experience. The role is based in London, UK.
Responsibilities:
1. Bring new clients under the approach and philosophy of the company.
2. Use available marketing tools, calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to convince and build a potential clientele pipeline.
3. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
4. Arrange and conduct meetings, close assignments, and get delivery from the operations team.
5. Negotiate with clients to secure the most attractive prices and craft business proposals.
6. Attend networking events to develop relationships and create brand awareness.
7. Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication.
8. Maintain a well-groomed, professional look and attire.
9. Work closely with the Accounting and Audit Team.
Requirements:
1. Ability to identify pain points and suggest suitable solutions or services to convince a potential client.
2. Must have Middle East experience and UK Business environment experience with no restriction on visa/transfer.
3. Self-driven and understanding of Accounting & Tax firm.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting with 2+ years of relevant experience.
2. Sales and marketing skills.
3. Local candidates in the UK will be preferred if the skill set matches the requirements.

Salary: £33,500 – £36,000 yearly
