The Role
1. Communicating compelling and well thought out solutions for Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) in response to complex client problems.
2. Supporting business development and project delivery activities across clients from multiple industries.
3. System design and delivery, including release management, integration management, data migration strategy and management.
4. Defining an overall Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solution leveraging leading practice solutions to support the business requirements.

Functional skills:
11. Educated to degree level or equivalent.
12. Experience of multiple industry sectors (e.g. Media, Services, Retail, Insurance, Local Government etc.).
13. Experience of working effectively with senior client representatives.
14. Experience in leading and delivering multiple full life cycle implementations of Oracle EPM Cloud products
15. Experience with FP&A processes Planning, Financial close and consolidation, Reconciliation, Data management and other oracle cloud products
16. Experience in design and Implementation EPM applications Primarily EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, DM and EDMCS and experience in other processes like PCMCS and EPRCS would be advantageous
17. Experience in Key finance and accounting processes that includes general accounting and corporate consolidation, financial planning and analysis, accounts payables and receivable, fixed assets, and Management Reporting
18. Experience with governance controls, change management, conceptual data modeling, master data management, data standardization and data quality management
19. An understanding of the key business issues/drivers that result in clients pursuing transformation programmes.
20. An understanding of the functional, application and technical architectural elements of an Oracle Cloud EPM programme.
21. Should be able to independently run client workshops to drive design decisions and system demonstration in both an in person and remote delivery mode.
22. Prepare configuration & other design documents (Functional specification, Solution design document).
23. Experience to drive the technical deliverables such as Data migration principles & Integration Design (mainly from functional perspective).
24. Experience of operating and implementing in a cloud environment and understanding the impacts of implementing and operating on the cloud versus on premise.
25. An appreciation of the influence of user experience-based design eg Personas, user journeys and how this can be used to augment a solution.

26. Excellent documentation, reporting and presentation skills in both a virtual and in person mode.
27. Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to provide clarity to complex issues and synthesise large amounts of information.
28. Experience producing project deliverables (business requirements, functional specs, configuration document, process flows, use cases, requirements traceability matrices etc.).
29. Highly proficient Microsoft Office skills particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Projects.
