Are you interested to work in a multicultural environment? Then this position is exactly what you are looking for. In this challenging role, you will make an important contribution to the internal Health & Safety Management Systems across EMEIA.
2-3 days per week office based (Crawley)

Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develops, implements and monitors environmental, health and safety programs and policies.
2. Responsible for the care as well as the strategic and conceptual development of the Health & Safety Management Systems.
3. Creates and reviews regulations and reports.
4. Collaborates with a variety of departments, organizes training in first aid, emergency response and hazardous material handling.
5. Recommends corrective action where environmental health and safety hazards are identified.
6. Ensures the completion and periodic review of risk assessments.
7. Ensure all accidents and near misses are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
8. Leads new initiatives, like working from home (WFH), Ergonomics.
9. Ensure all safety inspections and drills are carried out.
10. Be a subject matter expert for EHS topics.
Desired Qualifications:
1. A formal H&S qualification, such as IOSH, NEBOSH and IEMA.
2. Strong networking and presentation skill.
3. Experience with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
4. Knowledgeable in Environmental and Occupational Safety Regulations.
5. Experienced in risk assessments / ToolBox talks.
6. Proficient in IT and administrative skills (AI, Word, Excel, Unity).
7. Proficiency in a second language (German or other).
8. Willing to travel (10%).
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
You work independently and like to discuss proposed solutions within a team. As an intercultural competent person, you also appreciate an international working environment and contact with partners in Europe and overseas.
