You can expect to advise on a diverse range of commercial contracts including matters related to Fintech, franchising, IP, manufacturing and data protection.
The successful individual will be involved in drafting and negotiating contracts of various sizes and values and will be encouraged to act as an extension of the firms clients' in-house legal teams.

The team’s practice covers a broad spread of commercial, data protection, IT and IP work, including all types of commercial contracts, both B2B and B2C; collaboration agreements; e-commerce documents; IP licences; software contracts; advisory work especially regarding GDPR compliance.
The ideal individual will be comfortable drafting and negotiating contracts; carrying out legal research and due diligence; guiding clients through commercial challenges; and, developing client relationships.
All members of the team advise on IT contracts, as well as dedicating a significant proportion of their time to commercial law advice and data protection/cyber security matters. There is a particular sector focus on tech businesses, insurance/financial services and life sciences.
The successful individual can expect to get involved in a fantastic range of work, with an impressive client list that includes well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs.
The ideal individual will be a strong team player with solid inter-personal skills, good academics and high quality experience – typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice – who have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills.
