With an increase in Land and Planning, OutThere are supporting our client to recruit a 100% office based Assistant Development Coordinator to join their Design & Development team Do you have a degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geography? While prior experience in design and development is beneficial, it is not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided. What will I be doing as an Assistant Development Coordinator? Collaborating with consultants to reviewing planning applications Attending site visits and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders Raising payment requests and purchase orders Taking meeting notes Printing plans and documents Maintaining the materials sample library Assisting in preparing schedules and programmes Reporting progress/updates internally Keeping internal filing systems updated to ensure planning records are current Requirements Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geography or related field preferred but not essential Minimum of one year’s experience in an associated field is desirable but not essential Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team Detail-oriented with an awareness of deadlines OutThere work as a HR & Recruitment partner for the hiring organisation and are an equal opportunities employer.
