We are currently recruiting a dedicated Customer Services Assistant 52Wks to help ensure the smooth running of the operations in Chartwells on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week. Your Key Responsibilities
1. Work across all our service areas of food delivery, café, bars, convenience shops, and accommodation to deliver a great service to our customers.
2. Your duties will include:
o Serving customers in our restaurants, cafes, and convenience shops.
o Basic food preparation.
o Cleaning and ensuring that our customer areas are ready to delight.
o Taking responsibility for stocking food and beverage areas.
o Completing regular day-to-day activities as required to ensure a smooth operation.
o Taking a flexible approach to work and always demonstrating great behaviours to colleagues, customers, and clients.
