Job Description
What you’ll do
You will be the support function to enable effective centralised rostering throughout the complex division, covering outstanding shifts and prioritising emergency requirements. You will support the Deputy Scheduling Team Manager and Scheduling Team Manager with all tasks associated with BAU.

Qualifications
What you need
You must be capable of multi-tasking, working under pressure, and to tight deadlines whilst ensuring that accuracy and attention to detail are maintained. Good interpersonal skills are essential, as you will liaise with Clients and Staff. Investigation and collating of information is central to the role, and experience in customer service, call centre, or administrative roles is required. Experience of rota design or covering rotas within a health and social care setting would be advantageous.
