Business Change Manager (Higher Education) Duration: 6 Months Location: Coventry & remote (hybrid) Rate: £645 per day Start: ASAP IR35 Status: Inside Role Overview: A Business Change Manager is required for our higher education client to support an inflight recruitment and onboarding project within the people team (HR) and the system is SAP SuccessFactors. You will possess strong stakeholder engagement skills, and maintain the change impact assessment and drive forward mitigations. To lead on communications and engagement, developing training and upskilling guidance for a range of roles. You will act as a Change Champion with a focus on positive and effective engagement. You will work in partnership with the client's portfolio delivery team and the business to drive and sustain change projects with a focus on people and ensuring a high adoption of new ways or working. Also to work closely with Product Managers, SMEs in recruitment and end users across institutional departments. To advise delivery managers in stakeholder engagement and comms identifying the key things that the teams affected will need to do differently when key outputs are delivered. Work alongside these teams closely by being on the ground and providing feedback on key risks and issues when looking at the impact on teams, suggesting ways in which these could be mitigated to enable successful change adoption. To develop detailed communication plans to sensitively communicate the impact of changes on people, processes and systems. You will be the 'voice of customer' ensuring that barriers to operational success are heard and have a relevant mitigation plan. You will work alongside a consultancy who have been engaged for the implementation of the SAP SuccessFactors recruitment and onboarding part of the project. Essential skills & experience required As the Business Change Manager, you will have higher education change experience Possess a recognised Change Management certification e.g. Prosci, APMG, is ideal Experience in technology-led/enabled change Possess a proven track record of designing, planning and delivering change communications Strong stakeholder management skills Able to manage and navigate ambiguity and work at pace Act as a 'Change Champion', with a focus on positive and effective engagement Ability to drive forward with positive change and manage personal workload.
