As an IC Design Lead, you’ll play a crucial role in driving the development of next-generation sensing and automotive MCU devices, collaborating closely with stakeholders to capture requirements, implement designs, and oversee validation of advanced ICs. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on innovation, making it ideal for an experienced IC team leader/manager ready to impact a market-leading team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor a high-performance IC Design team.
* Oversee all stages of the semiconductor design process, from concept and architecture through to design, verification, and layout.
* Drive the development of digital and mixed-signal ICs for high-growth applications.
* Ensure seamless EDA integration from simulation through to physical design.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will bring the following experience and expertise:
* Proven track record in IC Design Team leadership.
* Deep understanding of the full semiconductor design flow (definition, architecture, design, verification, layout).
* Hands-on experience in Digital IC design (IP, ASIC, and/or ASSP).
* Proficiency in HDL & Verilog.
* Strong familiarity with EDA tools for streamlined simulation, design, and implementation.
* Experience in team management and leadership.
Beneficial Experience:
* Knowledge of functional safety standards (ISO-26262).
* Experience with JIRA for project management.
* Background in mixed-signal IC design.
