This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing beauty brands, globally to head up and manage their partnership initiatives, especially TikTok. As a business, they have done exceedingly well to date and have broken records within the social media space.
We are looking to hire a talented Retail Account Manager with a plethora of expertise in TikTok & TikTok shop to lead the partnerships and manage the account relationships. You will be responsible for fostering strong retail partnerships and if you are passionate about social commerce, influencer marketing and the future of online shopping, this role will be for you!
Key Responsibilities:
* Support in driving sales, conversions, and customer engagement on TikTok Shop through analysis and optimization.
* Expertly manage business relations with partners of the brand, especially with TikTok and handle negotiations with vendors when required.
* Work with key stakeholders internally and externally to stay ahead of platform trends, opportunities and provide best in class customer service.
* Collaborate with influencers, content creators and internal social media teams to present content which resonates with the target audience.
* Conduct analysis to identify market trends and potential for improvements.
* Support in the strategic planning of revenue and profit targets for each account.
Key Requirements:
* Deep experience in Retail Account Management, with recent experience in TikTok Account Management.
* Proficiency in TikTok trends and understand the potential to grow relationships with key accounts.
* Familiarity with TikTok shop management and best practices for online sales.
* Experience with customer service, product and supply management and how to make process improvements where needed to increase sales opportunities.
* A genuine interest in beauty trends, products, and the community.
