Quality Supervisor – Electrical
to lead their team and uphold their high standards of safety, compliance, and workmanship.

About the Role
Operating across
West and South Wales
, the company provides
electrical contracting services
for
domestic, commercial, industrial, and agricultural clients
. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all work meets
BS 7671 regulations
, providing technical support, and mentoring a team of electricians.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and lead a team of electricians across
Solar PV, Commercial Installations, Domestic Rewires, Fire Alarms, EV Charging, and Security Systems
.
Review, assess, and sign off
electrical certification and compliance documentation
.
Conduct
testing, inspections, and electrical reporting
to ensure compliance with
NICEIC standards
.
Provide
technical support
to electricians and clients, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
Promote a
positive health & safety culture
across all projects.
Assist in
scaling operations
, with long-term career progression opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
Fully qualified electrician
with proven leadership experience.
Strong background in
electrical testing, inspections, and certification
.
Experience in
commercial and domestic installations, fire alarms, security systems, and renewables
.
Full UK driving licence
(essential).
Relevant qualifications (preferred but not mandatory):
City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition Wiring Regulations)
City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 (Test & Inspection Certificate)
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent apprenticeship certification
NICEIC Approved Contractor experience (preferred).
