PARALEGAL
The role: Commercial Paralegal. Fanatics Commerce (International) is looking to add a talented new colleague to the ever-growing Commerce Legal team based in our UK headquarters. You will be a trusted colleague, working closely with the VP Legal Affairs, other lawyers and senior leadership of the International Commerce business.
The role will be hands-on, results-oriented, paced and diverse, assisting on a diverse range of day-to-day business and operations matters.
Responsibilities and duties:
* Provide support to lawyers in the team, in multiple locations
* Document review and preparation such as NDAs, certificates, termination letters, amendments to contracts, standard terms & conditions
* Triage enquiries and manage International mailboxes
* Draft contract summary information
* Conduct legal research
* Template management
* Administrative support
Knowledge & Experience:
* Strong attention to detail & highly organised
* Pro-active and takes initiative
* Able to work without significant supervision
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to support in-house lawyers in multiple office locations
* Ability to support multiple matters, prioritizing business needs
* Ability to maintain the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality
* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills
* 5+ years of paralegal experience in an in-house legal department or large law firm
* Relevant qualification preferred
