We are a support provider, supporting individuals in Dorset who have learning disabilities, autism and mental health support needs. You will be front of house, so excellent communication skills are essential for this role. You should have previous experience, good attention to detail, a methodical approach and the ability to prioritise your workload in a changeable environment. You will need to be able to work well under pressure and have a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for the day to day administration and management of the office, giving support to the management team where needed. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, answering telephone calls and taking concise messages where necessary, putting together monthly document booklets, ensuring Health & Safety in the office is adhered to, putting together new personnel files, completing DBS checks for new staff and over seeing the general upkeep of the office, including stock control and ordering.
