Land & Measured Building Surveyor
Salary: £25,000 - £36,000 (dependent on experience) + Progression Opportunities + Company Sick Pay + Company Vehicle + Optional Overtime + Chartership Support and more

The ideal candidate will work independently completing a full range of small to large scale topographical, setting out and measured building surveys. They will do this by using innovative technology. You will lead teams on various projects, delegating tasks and ensuring surveys are completed to high standards. You will also use your skill and expertise to aid and assist your team's development.

The Role:
1. Carry out Topographical and Measured Building Surveys - collect data and present using AutoCAD generated drawings.
2. Work on projects alongside trainee, junior and survey technician level staff, assisting with development.
3. Guide teams and take lead on large complex projects.
The Person:
1. Previous experience in a role as a Surveyor (2-3 years minimum).
2. Previous experience with topographical and measured building surveys.
3. Experience processing raw survey data and CAD data.
4. Driving License.
5. Able to commute to their Yeovil office.
