As our Head of Property and Facilities Management you will hold principal responsibility for the development and delivery of strategic plans for the Council to achieve effective use of land and property assets to support the Council’s objectives. In this pivotal role, you will manage the effective and efficient management of Asset and Estates management including the acquisition and disposal of assets, valuation of council property and managing the council’s property portfolio. As a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, you will have considerable post-qualification experience in surveying and property management and will demonstrate an ability to work flexibly and achieve successful outcomes.
