As a Support Desk Technician in this company, you'll provide 1st/2nd Line IT & Telecoms support to clients, working remotely with occasional office and client site visits. Requirements: 2+ years IT support and customer service experience
Experience with ticketing systems and networking basics
Strong skills in Microsoft 365, Windows, and Office applications
Ability to support Apple products at a basic level
Excellent communication and time management skills
Full UK driving licence (some travel required)
Desirable/ Nice to Have Skills: Telecoms and cyber security knowledge
Microsoft Azure experience
CompTIA A+ certification
