Hodge Hill College is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our school for the role of Achievement Coordinator. This role ensures the support and development of our students' pastoral and academic progress. The successful candidate will be instrumental in monitoring and enhancing pastoral strategies as well as managing the day-to-day leadership of a designated year group.
The role encompasses a range of responsibilities, including:
1. Offering guidance and support to students.
2. Providing leadership and management for a team of tutors.
3. Leading the provision of pastoral care to secure excellent teaching and learning.
4. Overseeing the day-to-day line management of the Assistant Achievement Coordinator.
We are seeking a candidate who is deeply committed to the education and welfare of children, possesses strong communication skills, and has the capability to function effectively within a team.
