Job summary We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and hard working individual to join our friendly reception and administration team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a customer service setting,be willing to learn new skills and adapt to the quick paced environment of this inner city GP practice. Previous experience working in General Practice would be ideal but not essential. Main duties of the job Daily tasks will include Answering telephone calls Welcoming and helping patients with queries General office duties Dealing with patient queries Clinical coding Summarising Answering subject access requests About us Our clinical team consists of 5 GP partners, 6 salaried GPs, 4 Practice Nurses, 1 H.C.A. Our non-clinical team includes; Manging Partner, Finance Manager, I.T facilitator, Deputy Practice Manager, and 8 reception/administrators. The practice is also part of the Anfield and Everton Primary Care Network and we are supported by network staff including; Pharmacists, Paramedics, Social Prescribers, Care Co-ordinators.
