Job summary An opportunity has arisen to control and co-ordinate the preparation of retail menu items as directed ty the retail catering management team. Main duties of the job We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified chef to join our catering team. You will assist in the preparation and cooking of food for our restaurant and retail outlets. We produce a range of fresh dishes daily on site. This is a part time post working 30 hours per week, to include alternate weekends. Sustainability is integral to the Trust achieving the NHS Net Zero target. All staff are therefore actively encouraged and supported to implement new ways of working within their field of expertise.
