Expanding, forward-thinking, and team-oriented, a multi-billion-pound global freight forwarding business is actively recruiting for a Freight Coordinator to join their team across multiple departments. With 250 offices worldwide, this role will see you working in their brand new, purpose-built offices, playing a vital part within their team:
1. Tracking and maintaining the smooth running of freight processes.
2. Accurate data entry of freight information.
3. Client and vendor invoicing.
4. Client contact updating on delivery and rapport building.
5. General department administration.
The successful Freight Coordinator will need to hold an administrative or customer service background, be proficient in the use of Microsoft programs, and be confident in picking up new packages. Experience with CRM systems is beneficial, but full training will be provided within their bespoke system. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with import freight, export coordinator, freight coordinator, or freight forwarder experience. All freight, transport, and customs experience will be considered.
This role will see you working within an office of 50 employees, with the full support of experienced freight professionals and direct line managers who have a career background in freight forwarding.
