The role We are looking for a creative and passionate Digital Content Manager to join our Digital Marketing team to assist in managing and growing our social media presence and digital assets across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging digital user experiences, have a creative eye for finer details, and have a strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics. Key Responsibilities Develop, write and create compelling, compliant and audience-targeted content aligned with the company’s messaging Collaborate with the marketing teams to develop and implement a yearly social media content calendar Work closely with the marketing teams to align social media efforts to support campaigns and product launches Monitor the social channels for engagement, comments and messages Work across several content management systems to create, maintain and improve websites to engage various audiences Assist in developing and implementing digital strategies that align with Fresenius Kabi and Calea’s business goals and increase follower growth, brand awareness and engagement Support the development and implementation of the Digital Marketing Plan Track, analyse and report on key performance metrics across platforms to measure the success of campaigns, optimise performance and provide actionable insights Work alongside agencies who provide additional support What we are looking for: Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Facelift or Sprout Social) Experience with working with content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager and Drupal) Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor content to diverse audiences Content creative skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar Ability to work within a regulatory industry and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines (training will be provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team player who will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field 2 – 3 years of experience in social media management, or website management and content creation We are proud to foster a workplace free from discrimination.
