Your Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all aspects of staffing, induction, training, and development. Ensure systems are in place for accurate reporting and monitoring. Adhere to occupancy, financial budgets, and targets. Oversee the accuracy of the Connect Childcare database system. Ensure extracurricular activities meet EYFS requirements. Maintain staff ratios and deploy staff effectively across the Nursery. Take full responsibility for safeguarding and child protection. Lead the delivery of the EYFS curriculum, ensuring high standards of care and education. Liaise effectively with external professionals as needed. Work closely with the Nursery SENDCo on all aspects of SEND. Uphold the safer recruitment process at all times. Manage weekly rotas and ensure accurate attendance records.
