Your new role
Duties include supporting customer orders via telephone, email, live chat, and online ticketing portal; accurately processing customer orders and queries in line with SLA standards; ensuring the best possible service is delivered with customers kept up to date with order progress; building professional relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners; escalating issues to senior members of the team when required; and working in line with industry and company standards/values by delivering excellent customer service standards to increase customer satisfaction and further customer orders.
What you need to succeed

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a confident user of IT systems, and demonstrate a real passion for providing great customer support.
