Sales Administrator – Permanent Location: Maidstone Salary: £23,000 - £26,000 per annum (DOE) Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5:30pm Are you a detail-driven administrator with a flair for organisation and customer service? Reed Business Support are proud to be working with a well-established client in Maidstone who are seeking a confident and proactive Sales Administrator to join their busy, friendly team on a permanent basis. Duties will include: Processing sales orders and managing order documentation Liaising with customers regarding order updates, lead times, and delivery schedules Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks and quotations Maintaining accurate records using internal CRM systems Assisting with stock management and invoicing Responding to customer queries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience in a sales administration or similar support role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities Confidence using MS Office and CRM systems A proactive approach with a can-do attitude What’s in it for you?
