Enhanced DBS Check on the Update Service Required – This role requires candidates to already have an enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Reception/Admin Assistant to join a well-established school in Nottingham for a 6-month temporary assignment. The role will involve both reception and administrative duties, ensuring the smooth operation of the front office and providing support across various departments within the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the school’s reception, greeting visitors, parents, and staff.
* Answering and directing phone calls and emails.
* Supporting general administration, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Assisting with student attendance and other general school duties as required.
* Maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a busy school environment.
* A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
