Senior Customer Business Manager - Dulux

Job Purpose
Join us and you will take responsibility for implementing the strategic and commercial ambition for a key customer by managing the Dulux brand within the account, with direct P&L responsibility.
Job Responsibilities
• Responsible & accountable for managing & developing the customer relationship.
• Identify opportunities to develop & grow our offering across the full AkzoNobel brand portfolio.
• Collaborate with colleagues to prepare & implement account-specific strategies to ensure sales and profit targets are met.
• Manage financials including account P&L, Fixed Costs, R&A`s, GIV & Margin.
• Negotiate customer-based commercial issues & opportunities.
• Use data to drive insights to improve business performance/profitability.
• Identify opportunities to refine business processes.
• Develop appropriate supply chain strategies to maximise in-store availability/growth.
• Nurture close cross functional collaboration with colleagues throughout AkzoNobel.
Job Requirements
• Track-record of delivering sustained growth in customer accounts.
• Extensive & proven commercial knowledge in sales.
• Thorough understanding of how to maximise profitable growth.
• Experience in leading cross-functional working teams.
