THE ROLE Key responsibilities We are seeking an experienced Social Care Worker to advise on the development of an innovative GenAI products in Adult Social Care, in particular focused on supporting needs assessments. The ideal candidate will have a background in Adult Social Care work, as well as familiarity across multiple local councils. Your expertise will be essential in refining and guiding the build of these cutting-edge tools, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards and are as impactful as possible for Social Care workers. Specific duties Depending on the project, you will need to be comfortable doing the following: Leverage your expertise in the adult social care sector to guide the design and development of our GenAI-driven solution Be the go-to expert on real-world challenges, ensuring that the technology we create genuinely solves the problems faced by social care workers, particularly around reducing administrative burdens. Collaborate closely with our team to ensure that the technology we’re building empowers social care workers to spend more time delivering personalised, compassionate care, rather than being bogged down by paperwork. Help us ensure that our GenAI tools are built ethically and responsibly, addressing the actual needs of care providers while minimizing unintended consequences. Your insights will directly shape our product roadmaps and decision-making, ensuring that our solutions align with the daily realities of the adult social care system. Advocate for a user-first design, ensuring that our tools are intuitive, effective, and enhance the quality of care delivery. Test early iterations of our products, providing continuous feedback to refine and improve it for social care workers. The Ideal Candidate 5 years of experience in the adult social care sector, ideally in direct care Experience conducting Needs Assessments.
