Pay Rate: £179 to £240 Per Day (Inside IR35)
About the Role
Join our client team as an Alarm Monitoring Agent, where you'll proactively monitor customer equipment, deliver first-line technical support, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage customer equipment to prevent and resolve faults.
Provide first-line technical support and log/update tickets accurately.
Collaborate with teams to meet SLAs and performance targets.
Communicate effectively with customers, handling updates and escalations.Essential Skills
Technical fault coordination with IT/communications knowledge.
Strong customer focus and PC skills (MS Office).
Ability to perform under pressure in dynamic settings.
Experience using Salesforce and event management systems.Desirable Skills
Experience with Salesforce or alarm tools like Manitou and What's Up Gold.Eligibility
