This is a fantastic new opening opportunity for a talented and creative head chef to run a contemporary British restaurant with rooms. You will be hands on, cooking high quality local ingredients, leading a team of chefs through service and reporting to senior management.
Your role will be to train and motivate your BOH team and also monitor high standards across the site. There is a new kitchen and restaurant that can serve up to 150 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal and sustainable modern European food.
This would suit a head chef that has worked in a busy restaurant or rosette level gastropub, knowledge of BOH admin, and experience in premium restaurants.
