This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and creative Head Chef to run a contemporary British restaurant with rooms. You will be hands-on, cooking high-quality local ingredients, leading a team of chefs through service, and reporting to senior management.
Your role will include training and motivating your BOH team while monitoring high standards across the site. There is a new kitchen and restaurant that can serve up to 150 covers when busy with fresh, seasonal, and sustainable modern European food.
This position would suit a Head Chef who has worked in a busy restaurant or rosette-level gastropub, with knowledge of BOH admin and experience in premium restaurants. Apply today!
