About the Role
As a Campaign Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the execution and shaping of the success of our campaigns in the market. This includes both established world-class solutions and new innovative products. You will be supporting the Senior Marketing Manager – Demand Generation to deliver and execute campaign marketing strategies that drive demand, increase market share, and maximise product adoption.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and marketing, investing time to comprehend and address the needs of prospects and customers. This ensures that campaigns are closely aligned with these requirements.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Assist in devising and delivering integrated marketing campaigns to drive demand generation in the UK&I healthcare and UK&I Government and commercial markets, aiming to meet or exceed the Marketing Contribution Model and AOP.
* Utilise all channels, including social media, events, digital, PR, and content, collaborating with product marketing and the broader marketing team. Emphasise the transition to more digital lead generation.
* Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape, becoming an expert on our competition and their positioning.
* Collaborate with product marketing and sales teams to ensure that messaging and value propositions align with our customers' needs.
* Understand and document our buyer’s process, including where they obtain information and the who, what, when, and why behind their decision-making. Drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on acquired insights.
* Support campaign plans for the products, working closely with the broader marketing teams for successful execution.
* Use data to assess the effectiveness of marketing programmes continually and report back to the business on required changes.
* Process campaign plans and draft effective campaign briefs from the campaign team to the Marketing Operations, Design, and Digital Teams, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and achieve targets.
* Track ROI and the effectiveness of marketing activity in relation to products.
* Support the development of marketing programmes that drive demand for your products (Demand generation).
* Provide support to the wider global team as needed, particularly on global events and initiatives.
Ideally, we would like to acquire a talent that poses the following:
* Experience in marketing, preferably in the demand generation or campaign area within technology or software industry.
* Understanding of marketing principles and techniques.
* Excellent communicator (listening, writing and speaking).
* Excellent organisational skills to deliver against the required deadline.
* Good team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and flexibly.
* Preferred but not essential: Health and Care and/or Government and Commercial market experience in a similar role.
* Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
* Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Some examples of our benefits:
* Flexible hybrid in-office and remote working from home as agreed with your manager and the role nature.
* Up to 30 days per year working remotely from anywhere globally.
